◊ Independent ClubExcellence Representative Alec Brockmeier was joined by ClubExcellence President Janet Sipe at the recent meeting of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America. Alec will be working to provide Clubs in the Ohio Valley Region with increased profitability and Member satisfaction through the programs offered by ClubExcellence.
◊ ClubExcellence recently visited and evaluated Country Clubs in southern Florida, and works with Private Clubs throughout the country to increase Membership and improve their financial condition. ◊ ClubExcellence has completed an in depth Membership Survey for a Platinum City Club client which identifies and prioritizes the current needs and expectations of its Members. Our proprietary ClubExcellence Survey Tools were also used to trend and compare current Member sentiment with the results of a prior ClubExcellence Member Survey commissioned by the same Club. The knowledged gained from this program has enabled its Board to acheive excellent operating results.
◊ Janet Fitzgerald, President of ClubExcellence, gave a 90 minute address entitled "Preparing to Deliver the Excellent Club Experience" at the annual meeting of the Club Managers of Association of America OVC in Louisville, Kentucky. Club Excellence works with a variety of Private Clubs to establish and continuously monitor Excellent Member Service.
◊ ClubExcellence recently visited the beautiful and historic Albuquerque Country Club, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary. This venerable Club provided an excellent dining experience. We look forward to meeting with you at your Club to offer our assistance.
◊ ClubExcellence is currently providing in depth Member surveys to a variety of Private Clubs. The compilation and statistical analysis of the Member data received will be used to identify, prioritize and address the specific issues at each of these Clubs. ClubExcellence also provides continuous Member Feedback Services to keep Club Leadership aware 24/7 of reported incidents, and of developing issues and trends among their Membership.
◊ ClubExcellence met with many Private Clubs at the CMAA Regional gathering at Meridian Hills Country Club, which is a ClubExcellence client. It was a pleasure to visit with our clients and get to know the Managers of so many other Clubs. As in the past, ClubExcellence provided its web and iPhone based evaluation tools to CMAA to gather Manager feedback from their CMAA event.
◊ Janet Fitzgerald, President of ClubExcellence, ended a four year term as President of the International Association of Service Evaluators at their annual meeting in San Antonio. IASE members reported on their business experiences throughout Europe, Asia and North America. The most distant Member came from Budapest to attend.
◊ ClubExcellence attended the Club Managers Association of America Midwest Regional Conference in Indianapolis. The Conference was held at Woodstock Club, which is a client of Club Excellence. While in Indianapolis, Conference participants also visited the Columbia Club, which is a Platinum Club and also a Club Excellence Client. We appreciate the opportunity to serve these outstanding private clubs, and look forward to meeting with you at your Club in the near future.
